QA & Development Head

Should have ability to head the QA & Development Dept
Reporting To Operations Head
Responsible for compliance of system & procedure related to QA
Will have to interact with Customer in case of Quallity complaints
Responsible to minimize the Customer Complains gradually
Should have ability to work in team
Responsible to control in-house rejections due to process failure through effective monitoring of in process & quality of the product
Should have an analytical mind to find out the root cause of the problems.
