Production - Supervisor

Lead and manage Machine / equipment running as per plan, packing of finished goods and meet shift expectations
Meeting production targets and work on and targeted wastage reduction norms
Shift manaagement including guiding and directing the operators and helpers
Material feeding & monitoring
In process quality control and seek feedback from QA for improvements.
