Senior Manager - Commercial

To participate in the commercial issues of the contract during tendering quotation and contract finalization with the sales/mktg group.
To be responsible for release of WO with margins gross contribbution and following these thru execution & mis reporting of the same
Take care of all the statutory issues related to billing (works contract tax, sales tax, vat, excise, customs, duty, service tax, octroi, cess etc
Collection and monitoring of outstanding as per company’s target
Contract management and evaluation of contracts
Planning and order execution
Inhouse coordination with sales, planning and procurement team
Customer coordination for timely and smooth order execution
Monitoring all orders in commercial aspects, excise duty, sales tax exemptions, avoiding delays in order execution,
Monitoring & controlling dispatch schedules as agreed contracts
Revenue collection, handling statutory compliances, c-form collection.
