Head of Operation & Maintenance

The candidate should be technically qualified & he must have more than 5 years of hands-on relevant experience in :-
Injection Moulding M/c Maintenance & Production
Experience with AC/DC/Servo drivees required
Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC and related software
PLC drivers, Micro Processor based systems, DC drives, Invertors etc,
Operation, Trouble shooting of process control on Capital Plastic Machinery
Operation & Maintenance Of Dryer, Dehumidifier Chiller, Air Compressor and Cooling Pumps
Other Skills:
Background in plant maintenance / Erection & Commissioning in Plastic process industry / System house will be added advantage
Thorough knowledge of servicing, installation/commissioning and maintenance of capital machinery
Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems is essential.
