preparing quality related instructions, inspections and testing; providing technical support
to the quality reelated inquiries and to any product complaint investigations and responses;
coordinating the quality system implementation and continuous improvement and the
maintenance of quality-system documentation of the Technical Department; conducting
root cause analysis, investigation, and documentation of product/process deviations and
nonconformance issues; performing the verification calibration of the inspection, testing
and measuring equipment; and ensuring the implementation of any company-driven
quality initiatives, projects, and investigations that may arise in the future.
